1. How do I get in contact for a house viewing?

If there is a specific house you are interested in fill out our contact form that is located at the bottom of each property page. For more information you can also call us on +44 (0)77 1471 9249, it is also advisable that you arrange an early viewing as soon as possible as these houses remain very popular amongst students. 

2. How long is the lease and what is included in my rent?

Our lease agreements are for 12 months and all rate charges are included in your rent. 

 

 

 

 

 

3. How much of a deposit is required?

A deposit of one month's rent is required to secure your place and your deposit is protected by the TDP (Tenancy Deposit Protection) scheme. At the end of your contract/lease, you will receive your deposit back if everything is in order before you leave. See below for more information on the deposit scheme offered.

4. When can I move into the house?

Once you have signed your contract and agreed to our terms, keys will be provided on the day outlined in your contract. 

5. When and how do I pay for my student accommodation?

You will be scheduled to pay for your rent on the 1st day of each month. You can pay for your accommodation via BACS, standing order or cash. For more information on BACS payment see link below;

6. Is there parking available with each property?

Yes, on-street parking is available outside each property and on adjacent streets. Spaces can fill up quickly, especially during regular working hours.

7. How do I report fault issues with my flat?
